1. Instructor

Instructor List: View faculty directory; quick access to profiles/contacts.

My Class: list of classes in charge; go to class details to see students, session schedule, attendance/notes.

Pending Make-up Class: create/propose make-up class, track pending approval status, propose shifts/rooms.

Remedial Student: list of students needing make-up/remedial lessons; create/record remedial sessions and track completion.

2. Manager

Student List: manage student records; enroll/transfer/suspend; assign classes.

Withdrawn Student List: manage students who have withdrawn; reason, effective date; search by class/center.

Class: create & schedule classes (center, subject, instructor, classroom, shift, time); generate class sessions; change lecturer/room/shift; lock/end class; approve Make-up.

3. Reports

Class Report: class summary (progress, completion rate, attendance status).

Students Report: status & progress of students (studying, remedial, attendance…).

Classroom Schedule: classroom usage schedule by day/week/month.

Withdrawn Students Report: statistics of withdrawals by time/class/center.

Education Center: manage center/branch; assign classrooms, classes, users by center.
