1- Save drafts of email messages

The Mail Messages Draft module allows users to save drafts of email messages before sending, helping to ensure that the content is fully and accurately drafted.

2-Allows users to go back and edit or finalize

The function supports saving email drafts directly in the system, allowing users to go back and edit or complete before sending it as a regular email.

3-Send message from draft

Users can pause editing, save content as a draft, and resume completing and submitting the draft at any time, ensuring continuity and avoiding data loss.

1. Compose a New Email

From any record or the Messaging app in Odoo, start writing your email as usual.

2. Save as Draft

If you are not ready to send, click Save as Draft.
The message will be stored in the Drafts folder within the Mail module.

3. Edit a Draft

Open the Drafts folder to view all saved drafts.
Select a draft to continue editing its subject, recipients, or content.

4. Send the Email

Once the email is complete, click Send to deliver it like a normal Odoo email.
The draft will be removed from the Drafts folder after sending.
