How It
Works
Install &
Configure
AI Base
Install the AI Cart Negotiator module from the Apps menu. This module depends on Atharva AI Base, which will be installed automatically.
Important: The chatbot will not work until you configure your AI model in Atharva AI Base.
Negotiator
Settings
Navigate to Website → Configuration → Settings to fine-tune the AI's behavior, check intervals, and discount boundaries.
Global Fallback: These settings serve as the default "Global" values. If a specific product doesn't have its own rules defined, the AI will automatically use these global parameters for margin and discount calculations.
Apply AI
Discount
Only products with the "Apply AI Discount" checkbox enabled in the AI Negotiator tab will participate in negotiations.

Rules
Define specific negotiation boundaries for each product, including Min Margin, Min Discount, and Max Discount.
Smart Inheritance: Fields left empty at the product level will automatically inherit the global values configured in the Website Settings. This allows you to set a baseline strategy while overriding it for high-margin or clearance items.

Monitoring
The module silently tracks visitor behavior, monitoring cart contents and idle time without interrupting the shopping experience.
Intelligent
Engagement
When inactivity is detected and items remain in the cart, the AI chatbot gracefully appears to re-engage the customer.

Negotiation
The AI starts at your Min Discount and negotiates in steps up to your Max Discount, always respecting your Min Margin.
Conversion

Upon acceptance, the discount is instantly applied to eligible products. Your customer proceeds to checkout happy, and your conversion rate climbs.

Orders
Track your success in real-time. Access all AI-influenced orders via the dedicated AI Negotiated Orders menu. Use built-in Graph and Pivot views to analyze total discounts, margins, and conversion performance.
