If you purchase our app for Odoo Version 12 and prior, we will provide you access to all the versions up to 12 depending on their availability. Starting version 13, every version of the app will be sold separately.
We offer free support for a duration of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that our Odoo WooCommerce Connector requires the XML-RPC to be enabled on your WooCommerce store in order to perform the export/update products images operation from Odoo to WooCommerce.
In a standard WooCommerce environment, the XML-RPC is enabled by default. So, if you have manually disabled it, we advise you to enable it again.
If your XML-RPC is enabled and you still get the error, it is because of some restriction set on your WooCommerce server that restricts the export/update operation. This is not an issue with our connector but with your WooCommerce server and must be resolved by your WooCommerce Developers.

Unreliable, Buggy, and Holding Our Business Hostage
We purchased the Emipro WooCommerce Connector hoping for a straightforward way to synchronize our WooCommerce store with Odoo. Unfortunately, we encountered serious issues right from the start, particularly with tax importing, which compromised our EU OSS compliance. While Emipro provided a single patch to address one issue, we were also asked to pay additional fees for features we believe should be default functionality—such as correct handling of inclusive or exclusive taxes. Communication with Emipro was courteous, but their approach to solving the connector’s shortcomings often involved either complex workarounds or paid custom modules, rather than straightforward, out-of-the-box fixes. Ultimately, the connector never lived up to its advertised reliability, and we felt forced to request a refund. If you require a dependable, fully functional integration between WooCommerce and Odoo, consider looking elsewhere.

Support does their best to help with anything when you ask. Even if it is not in the specific support ticket. So far so good. Support is not daily, and I tend to work on the weekends, so support ticket may take a few days to get completed. That being said, the support does get done in a timely manner on work days.

Horrible experience with their customisation - would not recommend!
We bought this connector for our Woocommerce - Odoo connection based on their Odoo gold partner status. The basic connector is sort of okay, but lacks important features that should be standard. Syncing prices/price lists and stocks doesn't work and we needed a customised solution according to Emipro. They wanted $663.27 payment upfront to make that and we paid that. We agreed on a deadline and when they supplied their solution (past the deadline!), it was a struggle. It was super unlogic, buggy, and caused many side issues. We explained again and again what we needed and expected, but they would not take that on and just came back with their own solution, each time modified a little to try and solve the issues. After 3 weeks of trying, multiple meetings etc etc, we decided to pull the plug. Their customisation caused many issues within woocommerce site and Odoo ERP, such as: not pushing stocks and prices, duplicating products, communicating in the wrong direction between Woo and Odoo, etc etc. We notified Emipro that their customisation just did not work and we deinstalled it. We requested a refund but they refused to do that, hiding behind a the fact that they supplied what we asked for. This is incorrect - we requested a straightforward solution to our issue and they provided a solution which creates a lot of extra issues that would be impossible to handle.
If you are thinking about working with Emipro, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Doesn't work. Terrible, slow support. Not worth the money
Avoid these guys. We bought this app while in the process of upgrading to odoo 18. When we realized we had bought the wrong one, they told us tough luck we have to pay AGAIN for version 18 when we never even used the version on 17. Also at 61 days they won't provide any support whatsoever. We ended up having to file a chargeback with the bank.
