The relevant stage pipeline is displayed directly on the meeting form based on the selected meeting type. 1.) Configure Meeting Types
Create and manage different meeting types based on your organizations workflow, such as Standard Meeting or Customer Meeting. Each meeting type can be linked with a default meeting stage, which is automatically applied when the meeting type is selected on a calendar event.

2.) Configure Meeting Stages
Define custom stages for every meeting type and arrange them in the required sequence using drag and drop. Each stage is associated with a specific meeting type, allowing separate workflows for standard meetings, customer meetings, internal discussions, and other meeting categories.

3.) Meeting Type with Custom Stage Workflow
Select the required Meeting Type directly from the calendar event form. The module automatically displays the configured stage workflow for the selected meeting type, helping users move the meeting through stages such as Meeting Requested, Agenda Prepared, Meeting Scheduled, Meeting in Progress, and Meeting Finished.

4.) Dynamic Stages Based on Meeting Type
When the Meeting Type is changed, the stage bar is automatically updated with the stages configured for the newly selected type. Changes made to the meeting type and meeting stage are also recorded in the chatter, providing clear workflow history and better meeting tracking.
