1.) Enable Timesheet Management in Manufacturing Order
you'll enable the timesheet tracking feature directly on a Manufacturing Order (MO). Once activated, you can record and view time spent by employees on this order and its work orders. Youâll also get quick access through the Timesheet tab and smart buttons.

2.) Review Timesheet Entries for the Manufacturing Order
After enabling Manage Timesheet and Project per MO, all work hours related to this Manufacturing Order are tracked. You can review, edit, or add new entries directly from the Timesheet tab without leaving the MO screen.

3.) Add and View Individual Timesheet Entries
Each Manufacturing Order allows you to add individual employee timesheet entries. This helps record who performed the work, what task was done, and how much time was spent. All entries are automatically linked to the project and work order for better traceability.

4.) View and Manage Multiple Timesheet Entries
The Timesheet tab displays all recorded time entries linked to a specific Manufacturing Order (MO). Each record includes detailed information about the employee, project, work order, and duration of the task.

5.) View Timesheet Overview by Manufacturing Order
The Timesheet Overview provides a centralized view of all time entries associated with a specific Manufacturing Order (MO). You can review all employee work records, tasks, and hours spent without opening individual manufacturing forms. This view simplifies productivity monitoring and reporting for managers and supervisors.

6.) Access and Review Work Order Timesheets
Each Manufacturing Order (MO) is linked to one or more Work Orders. The Work Order view lets you see detailed timesheets related to specific production operations (e.g., Assembly, Testing). From here, you can track which employees worked on which tasks and for how long.

7.) View Individual Work Order Timesheets
Each Work Order in Manufacturing is linked to a specific Work Center (e.g., Assembly 1). You can access the detailed timesheet entries for that work order to track employee time spent on individual operations. This feature provides better visibility into the time consumption for each production step.

8.) View Timesheet Entries for a Work Order
The Timesheet List View under each Work Order provides a detailed overview of all employee time logs recorded during that specific operation. It allows production managers to review, validate, or adjust logged hours to ensure accurate tracking of labor costs.

9.) Reviewing All Timesheets
The All Timesheets view allows administrators and supervisors to access every logged timesheet entry across all manufacturing orders and work orders. It provides a centralized view for reviewing, editing, or adding timesheet data for all employees, ensuring complete transparency and accountability in production tracking.

10.) Viewing My Timesheets
The My Timesheets view allows each employee to review and manage their own recorded working hours related to manufacturing operations. It provides a personal summary of tasks performed, hours spent, and related manufacturing or project details ensuring accurate self-tracking and accountability.

11.) Filter and Group Timesheets
Odoo allows you to efficiently manage and analyze timesheet data using filters and grouping options. These tools make it easy to view your own records, or organize entries by manufacturing orders, work orders, or employees for better reporting and management.
