Job Cost Sheet - Labour Estimation

Navigate to the "Labours" tab to define the workforce required for the project. Users can specify various job types (like Engineers, Masons, or Carpenters), allocate planned hours, define hourly rates, and seamlessly track overall labor expenses within the cost sheet.

Job Cost Sheet - Overhead Expenses

The "Overhead" tab provides a dedicated section to capture indirect project costs such as equipment rentals, site security, and utilities. This ensures that all auxiliary expenses are perfectly factored into the total estimated project cost before generating a sales estimate.

Create Estimation from Job Cost Sheet

Users can initiate the generation of a new sales estimate by clicking the "Create Estimation" button directly from the approved Job Cost Sheet form view.

Open Wizard for 'Create Job Estimation'

A confirmation wizard pops up displaying the customer and selected price list. Click on the "Create Estimation" button within the wizard to process and generate the comprehensive sales estimate.

Redirect to Created Job Estimation on Creation

Upon successful creation, the system automatically redirects the user to the newly generated Job Estimation record, allowing for immediate review of the calculated material, labor, and overhead totals.

Job Estimate - Material Estimation Details

Upon creation, the Job Estimate form automatically populates the "Material Estimation" tab with all material products, quantities, and calculated unit prices pulled directly from the linked Job Cost Sheet.

Job Estimate - Labour Estimation Details

The "Labour Estimation" tab seamlessly retrieves all workforce data from the original cost sheet, automatically displaying required job types, allocated hours, and estimated labor subtotals without manual data entry.

Job Estimate - Overhead Estimation Details

Similarly, the "Overhead Estimation" tab is automatically filled with indirect project expenses, ensuring that equipment rentals, utilities, and site security costs are accurately integrated into the final sales estimate.

Job Estimation Smart Button on Job Cost Sheet

Users can easily access and manage all related sales estimates directly from the Job Cost Sheet by clicking the dedicated "Job Estimations" smart button located at the top right of the form.
