Canceling a picking reset references locally. Since labels are pay-on-use (billed only if scanned), no complex void requests are needed on the Colissimo API.
Generate return pickings. Address nodes are automatically swapped and submitted to the API to retrieve return labels.

Does the Colissimo SOAP API support real-time rate queries?
No, the Colissimo SLS API does not support real-time rate queries. To calculate shipping costs, users configure either fixed pricing or grid rules directly in Odoo's native delivery settings.
Which label formats are supported?
The module supports standard PDF (A4 and 10x15 layout formats) as well as ZPL thermal streams (203dpi and 300dpi outputs) for thermal label printers.
Do we need to void labels if we cancel a picking?
Since Colissimo uses a pay-on-use invoicing structure, you are only billed once the barcode is scanned. Voiding on the API is unnecessary; simply cancel the picking in Odoo.
How are customer tracking links generated?
Odoo automatically constructs the official La Poste tracking page link (`https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-un-envoi?code={parcel_number}`) when the parcel number is registered.
