This module implements POS for the gaming, entertainment or any billing system where we sale based on time. If we charge user based on time they spend or use our services or the fixed time which they paid already. Following are the main features available.

Real-Time Timer Tracking
Each order has an individual timer that tracks the time spent.
The timer updates dynamically and calculates the charge in hourly increments.
The POS system automatically adjusts the charges based on the time spent, ensuring accurate billing.
Time Expiry Alerts with Visual Cues
When a fixed-time order expires, the POS system will trigger a visual cue, such as blinking the order label, to notify POS users that the time is over.
This ensures timely action can be taken, such as checkout or customer service follow-up.
Flexible Billing Options (Hourly & Fixed Time)
The system allows for flexible billing by providing two main options: hourly charges for time-based orders and fixed-time charges for pre-paid services.
This enables the system to cater to different business models, whether the user pays for usage time or a fixed duration.

Configurable Charge Product
You can define a dedicated charge product directly in the POS configuration. This product is automatically used by the system to apply time-based billing charges to the order, ensuring accurate and consistent invoicing.
Multi-Floor Station Layout Management
Design your floor plan as per your Station arrangements on each floors. Multiple floors can be managed.
Billing Options
The system allows you to configure billing as unlimited time or strictly time-based (per minute). Charges are automatically calculated according to the time rules you define, giving you full control over how usage time is billed.
Real-Time Timer on Order Screen
The chargeable product appears directly on the POS order screen. When the user clicks Checkout, the system records the start time and displays a live timer on the screen, allowing staff to track the customer’s usage time in real time for accurate billing.
Fixed Time Expiry Alert
| When a fixed time plan is selected and the allotted time is completed, the system displays a Timer Over popup on the screen, prompting the staff to take the next action for billing or extending the session. |
Distinct Chargeable Item on Receipt
On the receipt screen, the chargeable time-based product is clearly highlighted and displayed separately, making it easy to identify the billing related to time usage
