Configuration
- You can access the configuration for the WhatsApp module installed by navigating to Configuration → Settings.
Workflow
- The Able to send Mass Messages based on Recipients filters.
- To Create a group for a WhatsApp.
- Message history will be maintained.
- Add Send Message using URL meta template.
- In mass messaging, you can also send messages using the URL template.
- In the Mass Messaging list view, you can see the status of sent messages.
- The status is shown in percentage format indicating how many recipients have:
- Sent
- Delivered
- Read
- Failed
