SchoolOS Certificates Engine is the official document factory of the SchoolOS suite. Configure every certificate type your school issues - Transfer, Bonafide, Character, Study, Completion or fully custom - with its own body template, signatory, numbering sequence and optional fee. Guardians and students raise requests from their portal, the registrar approves them behind automatic fees / library / asset clearance gates, and issuance produces an elegantly bordered landscape PDF with a tamper-proof QR code that anyone can verify online. Transfer certificates even close the loop: the student is withdrawn and handed over to the alumni module automatically.
