Go to Settings → Companies → Your Company → General Information

You will see a new field called “Multi PDF Objects”.

Here you can select the models (e.g., Sales Order, Invoice, etc.) for which multi-PDF download should be enabled.

✔ This ensures that only the configured models will show the “Download Multi PDF” option.

✔ You can add multiple supported models as needed.

Navigate to the configured model (example: Sales → Quotations).

Select one or more records using the checkbox.

Now click on Actions where you will see a new option:

Download <Model Name> PDF

Example:

Download Sales Order PDF

A popup will appear where you can choose the PDF report you want to export:

• PDF Quote
• PRO-FORMA Invoice
• Quotation / Order
• Or any custom added report

Select your desired report & click Export.

✔ The system generates individual PDFs for each selected record.

✔ All PDFs are automatically grouped into a ZIP file.

A download popup will appear with a ZIP file link:

Sales Order Reports.zip

Click the link to download all the PDFs together.
