To view Tappay transactions in the dashboard, navigate to the Payment Section. Here, you can see detailed information about each transaction.

Install Tappay Payment Provider
- It shows various Payment Providers, Here we will install Tappay.
Configure Tappay Payment credential
- Ensure that the status of the Tappay payment is set to "Enabled" and "Published" to allow the system to actively use these credentials.
- Enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. These should be provided by the Tappay payment gateway.
- Choose or create a payment journal that will be used for transactions processed through this integration.
- Add Product In Cart
Pay through safe and secure with Tappay
- Choose your preferred Tappay payment method from the available options during payment.
- Click the "Pay Now" .
- Enter your credit or debit card number in the designated field.
- Input the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
- Provide the card's expiration date and the security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.
- Click the "Pay" button to validate and submit your payment details securely.
- Your transaction will be processed, and a record of the transaction will be created for tracking and confirmation.
Your Order has been Confirmed
- After successfully completing your payment through the Tappay payment, your order has been processed and confirmed in the system.
- Create the order with all relevant product details and customer information.
- Confirm the order after processing the payment.
- Set the transaction and payment references to keep track of the payment status.
Payment Transaction Details
- After completing your payment, you will receive detailed transaction information from our Tappay payment provider.
- The transaction reference provided by the Tappay payment provider is used for tracking and reference purposes.
- Refund amount is allowed in both case partially and fully
