Website B2B Quick Order helps B2B customers place large and repeat orders quickly using product SKUs or Barcodes without browsing the catalog. The Quick Order form validates product availability, adjusts quantities based on available stock, and provides clear feedback before products are added to the cart. The module also includes a CSV Bulk Order feature for adding multiple products using a CSV file. Invalid or unavailable products are skipped, while products with limited stock are added using the available quantity. Additionally, It also allows customers to search products on the Shop page using Barcode, making it easier to find products quickly.

01 Navigate to the Website and click the Quick Order menu to open the Quick Order page.
02 On each product's Sales tab, under eCommerce Shop, the "Sell when Out-of-Stock" option controls whether Quick Order enforces stock limits — unchecked caps the quantity to what's available (with a warning), checked allows the full requested quantity regardless of stock.
03 Enter the product SKU or Barcode and the required quantity for each product. Use the Add Row button to include multiple products, then click Submit to validate the entered products and their available quantities.
04 The module validates each entry, checks product availability, and displays the result for every row. Use the Clear All button to reset the form and enter a new list of products.
05 Click Add to Cart to add all validated products to the shopping cart. The products are added with their validated quantities, and customers are redirected to the shopping cart to review their order before proceeding to checkout.
06 For bulk ordering using a CSV file, Download the sample CSV file, enter the required SKU and Quantity for each product, select the CSV file, and click Upload CSV.

07 After the CSV is processed, the valid products are automatically added to the shopping cart.
08 Customers can search for products on the website using Barcode, making it easier to quickly find products without browsing through the catalog.

How are products handled when the requested quantity exceeds available stock?For both Quick Order and CSV Bulk Order, the available quantity is added to the cart if stock is limited. If a product is configured to Sell when Out-of-Stock, the full requested quantity is added instead. |
