01 Navigate to Sales → Discount & Loyalty and create a new Promotion program. Configure the program details and enable it for the Website so customers can qualify for rewards while shopping online.

02 Configure the promotion rule by selecting the eligible product and defining the minimum quantity required. Customers who add the specified quantity of the product to their cart become eligible to earn the promotion reward.

03 Configure the promotion reward by selecting the discount type and defining the discount percentage. Customers who meet the promotion conditions automatically receive the configured reward in their shopping cart.

04 Add an eligible product to the shopping cart. The module automatically displays a Loyalty Program Cart Hint showing how many more products need to be added or how much more needs to be spent to unlock the promotion reward.

05 Configure the promotion conditions by selecting the eligible products and defining the minimum quantity, minimum purchase amount, or both that customers must meet to qualify for the promotion.

06 Configure the reward by selecting the discount type, discount percentage, and the product or order on which the discount should be applied when the promotion conditions are met.

07 As customers update the cart, the Loyalty Program Cart Hint automatically refreshes to show the remaining quantity and/or purchase amount required to unlock the promotion reward.

08 The Recommended Upgrades section displays higher-priced variants of the same product template for items currently in the cart. Users can click Replace to upgrade a product variant directly from the shopping cart.

09 Click Replace to substitute the corresponding cart item with the selected higher-priced variant.
