Helpdesk - Website Timesheet View on Ticket Intake Form
With this module the timesheet can be attach with the ticket intake form and sent to the customer on their email. The customer can view the time consumed for their task through the timesheet and approve or reject it with a single click button available on the intake form view.

Key Features
Intake Timesheet
The timesheet can be viewed through the intake form link and it can be approved or rejected with a single click button available on the form view. The intake form can be printed with the timesheet.
Intake Confirmation Process
On accepting intake confirmation, customer can add their signatures.
Once customer signs and presses "Accept & Sign" button, the ticket is automatically confirmed.
Customer confirmation signature will appear on intake form.
Option to print & save intake form.
Intake Backend Approved Ticket View
On customer approval, signature is auto attached in ticket & "Is work approved to proceed?" block is automatically ticked.
