Import Shipped & Unshipped Orders

Map products

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

Yes, you can export Products from Odoo to Shopify as well as import Products from Shopify to Odoo. If the products are already present on Odoo as well as Shopify, you can establish a synchronization between them using the connector

The Shopify Odoo Connector lets connect as many Shopify stores as you want with a single Odoo Instance.

The connector synchronizes products by matching the Internal Reference field in Odoo with the SKU field in Shopify. It is mandatory to have a unique SKU or Internal Reference for a product.

The connector allows you to update price from Odoo to Shopify via a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist per Shopify instance in Odoo and update the price to Shopify via the pricelist. You also import the prices from Shopify to Odoo, however, the prices will get imported to the pricelist and not directly to the product.

The connector allows you to update stock from Odoo to Shopify either manually or automatically via a cron job. Stock levels get automatically adjusted in Odoo based on the imported orders. You can also import stock levels from Shopify to Odoo. The imported stock values will create an inventory adjustment entry in Odoo which upon validating will affect the actual stock levels. In the connector settings, you can choose one warehouse per Shopify Instance from which the stock is to be managed.

Any order on Shopify can be imported to Odoo if the connector has been configured correctly. The connector provides a configuration that lets you choose if you want to import only unfulfilled orders or fulfilled orders or both.

Yes. Your endpoint must be an HTTPS webhook address with a valid SSL certificate that can correctly process the event.

If you want to use Webhooks, you must enable the database filter. However, in the case of Odoo.sh, it is handled automatically.

It is a fairly powerful app with a very wide range of possibilities in terms of interaction with Shopify, the data update is very reliable and effectively and quickly, this in a bidirectional way, it also complies with reports, it is a fairly broad and very graphic tool .

The part for which I do not give it 5 stars is that its configuration is quite technical and not intuitive at all, so it is necessary to study thoroughly before implementing this module, however the configurations are necessary and cover each of the aspects of the module. so it can be left quite adequate to the needs of the client.

Be careful and think before buying

Technical support will be an additional package for $500 for 20 hours
You will get wrong information before buying, and the company representative will call you to explain the features of the program, but after the purchase process, you will call hundreds of times and wait for several days and weeks without getting a response, and you will be asked to register a request for technical support and the answer is that there are errors in the database and they are not responsible for it

The images will not be transferred completely, some are duplicates, and some are not transferred
Cost price will not be quoted
Rankings will not be transferred
The explanation will not be transferred to the product list in full or correct form

This module does exactly what is promised: synchronize orders, products and stocks seamlessly between ODOO and Shopify. In our case, with some added complexities (product variants were present at the Shopify store but not in ODOO). 

After struggling a bit with the stocks synchronization we received a fantastic support (both functional and technical) and everything is running smoothly. Highly advisable.

I have been using  Ship station App for past 6 months for Amazon FMB orders and it works well sending orders from Odoo to Ship station and returning shipment back to Odoo.  Has a lot of options to configure and Support has helped to get set up as it was difficult for me to configure properly by myself.  Would spend the time with support to properly setup

Very disappointed. Don't recommend it for any serious business.

 The app is clearly not designed efficiently. It can not handle a Shopify store with large number of products. The support team is completely useless, taking days to response even when their app broke our server.

We started with a fresh copy of Odoo on odoo.sh and had them install their app on it. First it made hundreds of product queues that had to be processed manually to import products. Then we enabled the webhooks as per support's suggestion. This made the server unusable, Odoo had to be restored from back up by Odoo support team TWICE because we were getting "Bad Gateway" error for all modules.

Checking the logs revealed the app is using so much memory resources that Odoo has to keep shutting down. We bought 3 workers but that didn't help at all. Odoo's support team suggested the app is the source the issues. Emipro support responses were just unbelievable. "Try this it may work!"

The support is completely useless. They are all India so timing can't be worse for North America. Once they said we are off for 4 days of training, bye! 

Absolutely not recommend this for any serious business. May be it works for a Shopify store with a handful of products. Stay away.

The connector does not take into account a lot of cases, one being the rate limits imposed by the shopify API (https://shopify.dev/api/usage/rate-limits) thus when you have a few hundred products expect some errors !
