What it does

  • Problem

When creating overtime payslips, accountants must manually enter them into the respective accounts for accounting.

  • This feature will help your company

'Vietnam - Overtime Payroll with Accounting' supports the integration between the overtime payroll with the Vietnam Chart of Accounts. On the Untaxed Overtime salary rule, the Generate Journal Item is configured with the 3341 - Payables to staff as the Credit Account by default (when the enterprise applies the chart of accounts according to circular 200) or configured with the 334 - Payables to employees as the Credit Accounts by default (when applying the chart of accounts according to circular 133). With this configuration, respective journal entries will be created when a payroll/payslip is confirmed.
