1.) Job Type Configuration for Sales Estimation
This view allows users to define and manage job types, such as Material, Labour, and Overhead, for accurate sales estimates. Itâs accessible via the Configuration menu.

the form view for configuring the Labour job type within the Estimate Job Types section. It allows users to enter details such as the Name, Code, and Type of the job. This view simplifies the process of defining specific job categories for accurate cost estimations.
3.) Job Estimate List View
This view displays the Job Estimate list under the Orders menu, where users can manage and track job estimates. The table includes details such as total material, labour, and overhead costs, as well as the status of each estimate, such as Draft. Users can also see the sales person assigned and the company information for each estimate.

4.) Job Estimate Form View
The form view for creating a new Job Estimate. Users can enter customer details, select the pricelist, payment terms, and choose relevant job types. The form allows adding material, labour, and overhead estimates, along with descriptions and quantities. The total cost for each category is displayed, and users can send the estimate by email or save it in Draft status.
5.) Detailed Job Estimate with Material Breakdown
This form view displays a detailed Job Estimate with a breakdown of Material Estimates for specific products like Bricks, Cement, and Steel Bars. Users can input product details, quantities, and unit prices to calculate the total material cost, which is displayed at the bottom. The form is currently in Draft status, and users can send the estimate by email or proceed to confirm it.
6.) Job Estimate with Labour Breakdown
This form view shows the Labour Estimate section of a job estimate. Users can add detailed labour types like Electrification, Carpenter, Plumbing, and Home Painter with associated quantities, unit prices, and subtotals. The total labour cost is calculated at the bottom, alongside material and overhead costs, providing a complete breakdown of the job estimate.
7.) Job Estimate with Overhead Breakdown
This form view presents the Overhead Estimate section of a job estimate. It allows users to input various overhead costs such as Security Service, Transportation, Flatbed Trailer, and Weedeater, along with quantities, unit prices, and subtotals. The total overhead cost is calculated along with the material and labour costs, providing a comprehensive job cost estimate.
8.) Job Estimate with Other Information Section
This form view highlights the Other Info section of a Job Estimate, where additional details such as the source document, sales person, and sales team can be added. It provides a comprehensive overview of the estimate, with the ability to link the estimate to specific documents and team members.
9.) Job Estimate with Additional Notes
This form view includes the Additional Notes section of a job estimate, where users can add important information such as disclaimers or clarifications. In this example, the note states that the construction value for the project is an approximate estimate. Users can also send the job estimate by email or confirm it once finalized.
10.) Job Estimate Email Composition
This view appears after clicking the "Send By Email" button in the Job Estimate form. It allows users to compose and send the job estimate details via email to the customer. The email template is automatically populated with material, labour, overhead, and total job estimates, streamlining the communication process.

11.) Job Estimate - Sent and Awaiting Confirmation
Job estimate that has been successfully sent to the customer. The status is updated to "Sent" in the system, and the next step is for the estimate to be confirmed. The estimate includes a detailed breakdown of material, labour, and overhead costs. The Chatter section shows the email sent to the customer with the complete job details, and the estimate can be converted into a formal sales quotation once confirmed.

12.) Job Estimate - Confirmed and Awaiting Approval
Job estimate that has been confirmed after being sent to the customer. The status has been updated to "Confirmed" after clicking the Confirm button. The Approve button is now visible, indicating that the estimate is ready for approval. This stage allows for the final verification and authorization of the estimate before it is converted into a formal sales quotation.
13.) Job Estimate - Approved and Ready for Quotation
Job estimate that has been approved after being confirmed. The status has been updated to "Approved", signifying that the estimate is now finalized. Users can now proceed to generate a formal sales quotation using the Create Quotation button, or send the estimate via email to the customer. The Send By Email and Reset to Draft options are also available for further actions.
14.) Job Estimate - Sales Quotation Created
Job estimate that has been successfully converted into a sales quotation. The status is updated to "Quotation Created", and a unique Sales Quotation Number (S00023) is assigned. The Sales Quotation is now ready for final approval or to be sent to the customer. This step marks the transition from an internal estimate to an official quotation for the customer.
15.) Sales Quotation - Full Estimate Including Material, Labour, and Overhead
Sales Quotation (S00023) after clicking the Create Quotation button. It includes a detailed breakdown of material, labour, and overhead costs, providing a comprehensive cost estimate for the customer. The quotation displays products, quantities, unit prices, and taxes for Bricks, Cement, Steel Bars, Labour Costs (e.g., Electrification, Carpenter), and Overhead Costs (e.g., Transportation, Security Service). The final total is also calculated, including tax.

The Sales Quotation (S00023) with the Source Document field automatically linked to the original Job Estimate (JOB/EST/00001). 17.) Job Estimate - Quotation Linked via Smart Button
