Stock Nearest Warehouse

In huge industries to manage inventory effectively, different warehouses are situated at different remote locations.

This Application facilitates inventory users to bifurcate and manage different warehouses for customer requests coming from different physical areas / postal codes for example Los Angles, San Fransisco, New York etc.

Here inventory users will also be able to define multiple nearest warehouses in a single warehouse configuration so that if any inventory will not available in defined warehouse than system will map and define respective warehouse automatically for available quantity as configured to fullfill inventory demand.

This module is compatible with

Numeric Zipcode

Bifurcate and manage different warehouses by postal or Numeric zip codes defined on customers

Alphanumeric Zipcode

Bifurcate and manage different warehouses by Alphanumeric zip codes defined on customers

Nearest Warehouse

Assign multiple nearest warehouses in a single warehouse configurations.

Configuration

Automatic Warehouse Assignation

Based on the Quantity Nearest Warehouse will be automatically assign.

Easy to use

The user will be able to configure the warehouses very easily without complexity.

Works for different kinds of products

The customer will be able to take any product as per his choice.

Enable Numeric and Alphanumeric zipcodes

For configuration, Go to Inventory-> Configuration-> Settings

Here we have provided 2 options
1. Numeric Zipcode - in which user can assign numeric postal codes for a customer.
2. Alphanumeric Zipcode - in which user can assign a combination of letters with numbers for a postal code in a customer.
In case of when these 2 configurations are enabled at once, users can define either numeric or alphanumeric zip code in a customer.

Select Numerical Zipcode,Alphanumeric Zipcode and Nearest Warehouse

For configuration, Go to Inventory-> Configuration-> Warehouses

Here Inventory managers will be able to configure different warehouses by defining zip code range, alpha numeric code and nearest warehouses sequence.
For example here nearest warehouse will be managed for zip codes coming under range of 30001 - 30005 and 50001 - 50009.
For Alphanumeric code system will vaidate according to record written in Alphanumeric zip code table.
Please note that in case of Alphanumeric zip codes, users will not be able to define a range.
Also 2 warehouses are defined as nearest warehouses for Americold warehouse here
So when any product quantity will not be available in warehouse Americold then system will search in defined respective nearest warehouses zip code wise and alpha numeric code automatically.

Numeric Zipcode

As you can see customer details for John Paul, with Numerical Zipcode

Numeric Zipcode range nearest warehouse

So when a sales order is generated from the customer named John Paul then for product lines system has mapped and defined nearest warehouses zip code wise automatically for non available products quantity here.

Alphanumeric Zipcode

Here one customer Jordan Michael is created in the system with alpha numeric code as AOC 921.s

Alphanumeric code range nearest warehouse

So when a sales order is generated from the customer named Jordan Michael then for product lines system has mapped and defined nearest warehouses alpha numeric code wise automatically for non available products quantity here.

Default Warehouse

When system will not find products available quantity from nearest warehouses then it will define default warehouse automatically in respective sales order lines.
For example Synconics Warehouse
