1.) Access Rights for Custom Fields
Users must be assigned to the Project Custom Field group to create and manage custom fields. This ensures that only authorized team members can modify project forms.

Clicking the Create Field button opens a popup form where users can enter all details for a new custom field. This streamlined process makes adding fields quick and intuitive.

3.) Enter Field Details
Users can fill in all relevant field information, including Field Name, Label, Type, Position, Widget, and additional properties. This flexibility allows forms to capture exactly the data the business needs.
4.) Field Placement Confirmation
Once created, a custom field appears in the assigned position, such as after the Tags field, ensuring the form layout remains organized and logical.
5.) Field Types Selection
A variety of field types are available, including Char, Integer, Float, Boolean, Selection, Many2one, and Many2many, allowing full customization of project data capture.

For Many2many type fields, users can assign a relation model to link the field to relevant records, supporting complex data relationships within projects.
