1.) Enable "Show Stock Info in Sale Order" Permission
Grant users permission to view warehouse-wise and location-wise stock details directly from the sales order screen. This ensures only authorized users can access stock information in sales operations.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
2.) Configure Stock Visibility in Sales Order
Select how stock appears in the sales order, either warehouse wise or location wise. This setting also works with multiple companies, so you can see stock from different warehouses in one view. It helps users quickly find available products and plan orders accurately.

3.) View Product Stock from Sales Order
In the sales order line, you can quickly check the available stock for each product. Clicking the stock icon next to the product quantity shows detailed warehouse or location-wise stock information. This helps ensure product availability before confirming the order.

4.) View Detailed Product Stock by Warehouse
After clicking the stock icon, a stock information window opens showing detailed availability of the selected product. You can see on-hand and available quantities across multiple companies and warehouses, making it easy to plan order fulfillment.
5.) Change Stock View to Location Wise
You can switch the stock view from warehouse wise to location wise to get more detailed product availability information. This helps you track stock based on specific storage locations within warehouses directly from the sales order.

6.) View Product Stock by Location
The stock information window now shows detailed product availability based on specific locations within each warehouse. You can check on-hand and available quantities for each location across multiple companies, helping you manage orders more precisely.
