Petrol Station Base
The free foundation of the AminiTech Petrol Station suite. Fuel products with regulated pump-price control, an oil-company brand registry, four shared security roles, station-wide settings and the central Petrol Station menu that every companion module snaps onto.
Fuel types out of the box — Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kerosene (DPK), LPG and CNG — each a proper storable product priced per litre.
Cost to install. Base is free forever; the paid modules for stations, tanks, pumps, POS, mart, fleet and reports all build on it.
Security roles — User, Supervisor, Manager and Administrator — defined once and shared across the whole forecourt suite.
The foundation every forecourt module stands on
Every screenshot below is a real screen from a working Odoo 18 install — verified end-to-end on our live demo.

Fuel as first-class products
Flag any product as fuel and it becomes a metered, storable product measured in the core Litre unit — not lot-tracked, so it stays free to sell on the POS and adjust from dip readings. Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kerosene (DPK), LPG and CNG are all supported, each with a grade of Regular, Premium, Super or V-Power. Verified live on our demo — three fuels priced per litre, ready for tanks, pumps and the till.

Pump price with a regulated ceiling
Every fuel carries a pump price and an EPRA-style maximum price. Try to save a pump price above the regulated ceiling and the module refuses it — a hard guard against overcharging. A dedicated Fuel Settings tab appears only for fuel products, and density (kg/L) plus a standard colour code round out the record so downstream reports and receipts are complete.

Your oil-company brands, ready to assign
Shell, TotalEnergies, Rubis Energy, Vivo Energy, Oryx Energies, Hass Petroleum and Independent ship as ready brands — each with a unique code, logo, website and a live station count. Assign a brand to each station so multi-brand networks report cleanly, and every brand keeps its own chatter and activity log.

One place to tune the whole suite
A single Petrol Station settings panel sets the defaults the paid modules read: wetstock variance threshold, low-stock litre alert, daily dip-reading requirement, auto daily reconciliation, default shift duration and license-expiry alert lead time. The Meter Readings Deduct Stock toggle lets you choose whether pump meters or the POS move fuel out of the tank — so stock is never deducted twice.

Four roles and one central menu
Base installs four escalating security roles — User for basic operations, Supervisor for shift approvals, Manager for full station management and Administrator for multi-station control — each inheriting the one below it. It also creates the central Petrol Station menu and a station numbering sequence that every companion module hangs from.
Install once, build your suite
Install Petrol Station Base (free). Add your fuels as products, tick Is Fuel Product, choose the fuel type and set the pump price and EPRA ceiling. The central Petrol Station menu, roles and settings appear straight away, ready for the companion modules.
Pick a brand from the seeded registry and set your station-wide defaults under Settings. Then install the paid companions as you grow — Stations, Tanks, Pumps, POS, Mart, Fleet and Reports — each one snaps onto this foundation. Buy only what you need.
The complete forecourt suite
Buy only what you need — every module shares the same foundation, data and security. Start with the free Base module and add the rest as you grow.
