Convenience Mart
Run the forecourt shop alongside the fuel. Flag a product and it drops straight onto the till, shows a live margin from your cost, restocks itself with a one-click reorder rule, and tracks expiry on the categories that need it — all inside the same Petrol Station app.
Live margin percent on every mart product, computed from your cost price and sale price the instant you save — no spreadsheet, verified live on our demo.
Click turns a product's minimum and reorder quantities into a real reordering rule, so the fast movers restock themselves — verified live.
Flag a category for expiry and its products switch to expiration-date management, so perishables are tracked by lot and date and the rest are left alone.
The shop, priced and stocked right
Every screenshot below is a real screen from a working Odoo 18 install — verified end-to-end on our live demo.

Every mart product in one list
Tick Is Mart Product on any product and it lands in the Convenience Mart product list and onto the Point of Sale in one move — drinks, snacks, oil, accessories. The list shows internal reference, mart category, sale price, cost price, live margin percent and quantity on hand side by side, so the whole shop is priced and counted on one screen.

Live margin from your cost price
The Mart Settings tab appears the moment a product is flagged. Enter the cost price and the module computes the margin percent live from the sale price — 35 cost against a 60 sale reads 71.43%, recalculated every time either figure changes. No formula to maintain, no export to a spreadsheet.

A reordering rule in one click
Set a minimum stock and a reorder quantity, name the primary supplier, then press Create Reordering Rule. The button builds a real stock reordering rule — min quantity and a max of min plus reorder — and opens it, or updates the existing one if you press it again. Verified live: the shop restocks itself instead of running out of the fast movers.

A tidy, hierarchical shop
Organise the shop with hierarchical mart categories — a parent category can hold children, and each carries a code, a type (food, beverages, tobacco, auto accessories, grocery, personal care, electronics or other) and a live product count. Drag to reorder. Five ready-made categories ship with the module, so the shelf is organised on day one.

Perishables tracked, the rest left alone
Open a category and tick Track Expiry, then set how many days before expiry to alert. Products filed under that category switch to expiration-date management — storable, lot-tracked, expiry-dated — so milk and snacks are watched by date while motor oil and wiper blades are never needlessly bothered.
Live in an afternoon
Petrol Station → Convenience Mart → Configuration → Categories: build your tree, set each type, and tick Track Expiry with an alert window on the perishable ones. Food and Beverages ship with expiry already on, so you can start from the defaults.
Tick Is Mart Product, pick the category and supplier, enter cost so the margin appears, set min and reorder quantities and press one button to create the reordering rule. The product is already on the fuel POS — or any POS — ready to sell, with margin and stock under control.
