Petrol Station Reports
See where the litres and the money go. Two live analytics views read straight from your POS fuel sales — a Fuel Sales Analysis you pivot and graph by station, product, fuel type and day, and a Daily Summary that splits fuel from shop and prints to a clean PDF.
Live analytics views — Fuel Sales Analysis and Daily Summary — each with pivot, graph and list, no data entry.
One-click Daily Summary PDF with per-day rows and a totals line, ready for the office wall or the owner's inbox. Verified live.
Today, This Week and This Month filters plus group-by station, product, fuel type and date, out of the box.
Every litre and every shilling, sliceable
Every screenshot below is a real screen from a working Odoo 18 install — verified end-to-end on our live demo.

Pivot fuel by station, product, day
Fuel Sales Analysis opens as a pivot you can pivot — date down the rows, fuel type across the columns, litres and amount as measures. Drag in station, product or fuel type and the same numbers regroup the way you think about the forecourt. Every figure is read straight from real POS fuel sales, so there is nothing to key in.

Bar, line or pie in one click
Flip the same fuel sales to the graph view and the trend jumps out — which day peaks, which fuel moves, which site leads. Switch between bar, line and pie from the toolbar, stack or sort, and read it on screen. No export, no spreadsheet.

Fuel vs shop, volume, transactions, average ticket
The Daily Summary splits fuel sales from shop sales per station and day, and carries fuel volume in litres, transaction count and the average ticket alongside the totals. Pivot it by station across the columns or list it with running sums — verified live totalling 575,539.62 across the demo month.

Printable Daily Summary, one click
From the Daily Summary, print a clean PDF laid out with your company letterhead — a row per day carrying volume, fuel sales, shop sales, total, transactions and average ticket, closed by a totals line. It renders live at roughly 34 KB, ready to print or email to the owner.

Slice by period, site and fuel
Both views ship with Today, This Week and This Month filters, a station and product search, and quick Petrol and Diesel filters — plus group-by for station, product, fuel type, day and month. Multi-site owners compare sites and periods instantly without touching a single setting.
Nothing to set up
Reports read the fuel sales your Petrol Station POS already produces — there is nothing to configure. Install it and Fuel Sales Analysis and Daily Summary appear under a new Reports menu on the Petrol Station app, opening on This Month by default.
Filter by month and station, pivot or graph the fuel and shop split, then print the Daily Summary to PDF in a click. The numbers come straight from real sales — the demo month totals 575,539.62 and the PDF renders live at about 34 KB.
