Petrol Station Management
Run your whole forecourt network from Inventory. Every station is an extended warehouse with an auto station code, brand, license tracking that ages itself, GPS, operating hours, facility flags, station staff with POS PINs, and shift cash control reconciled against live Point-of-Sale totals.
Warehouse per station — tick one box and it earns an auto station code, brand, GPS, hours and facility flags, with tank, pump and employee counts on stat buttons.
License states — Valid, Expiring Soon, Expired — recomputed nightly by a cron against your alert window, so a renewal never slips past unnoticed.
Shift fuel and shop totals pulled straight from the Point of Sale for the station and time window — verified live on our demo, so the cash variance is real.

Every station on one board
Each station is a card showing its auto code, brand and live tank and pump counts, topped with a status badge. The list view colours a row amber when a license is Expiring Soon and red when it has Expired, so one glance tells you which sites need attention today.
Brand, license, GPS and a real workflow
Flag a warehouse as a petrol station and a Station Details tab appears with brand, license number and expiry, GPS latitude and longitude, physical address, manager and contact details. Activate, Suspend or Close it with manager-gated workflow buttons, and jump to its tanks, pumps and employees from the stat buttons up top.
Opening times, or 24 hours flat
The Operating Hours tab records opening and closing times as clean float-time fields, or ticks a single 24 Hours box that hides them for round-the-clock forecourts. Each station carries its own schedule so a mixed network stays accurate.
Car wash, mart, service bay, LPG
The Facilities tab flags what each site actually offers — car wash, restaurant, service bay, mini mart and LPG. It is the honest profile of every location, ready to drive reporting, filtering and the wider AminiTech forecourt suite.
Roles, POS PINs and certifications
Employees gain a station, an employee code, a station role (pump attendant, cashier, supervisor, manager or technician) and cash and credit-approval permissions. A six-digit POS PIN is stored for POS login and shielded to system administrators only, and certifications with a validity period attach to each person.
A logged shift for every handover
Every shift gets a sequenced reference (SFT/year/number) and lists its station, type — morning, afternoon or night — start and end times, supervisor and state. Draft, Open and Closed states with chatter tracking give you a clean audit trail of who ran what, and when.
Float in, count out, variance computed
Open a shift with a cash float and close it with a physical count. Total Fuel Sales and Total Shop Sales for the station within the shift window are aggregated from the Point of Sale automatically, splitting fuel lines from shop lines, so the cash variance against expected is calculated for you — not a guess.
Live in an afternoon
Tick "Is Petrol Station" on any warehouse and it receives a station code automatically. Fill in the brand, license number and expiry, GPS, operating hours and facility flags — the network board and license badges light up straight away.
Assign staff with roles, POS PINs and certifications, then open a shift with a float and close it with a cash count. Once the Petrol Station POS is selling, the shift's fuel and shop totals fill in for a true cash reconciliation.
