RRA EBM Importers — reconcile customs with the RRA
Pull the goods you cleared through customs from the RRA (selectImportItems), link each line to your products and approve them (updateImportItems) — turning a customs item into a registered RRA item you can sell.
One-time purchase · unlimited documents · free updates on every RRA spec change. Requires the free RRA EBM Base.
From customs declaration to sellable item
Importers pull the items declared under their TIN at customs into a reviewable register, link each line to a product and approve it — recording HS code, declaration reference, origin, quantities and the foreign-currency invoice values exactly as customs declared them.
Pull from the RRA
One click fetches the imported items declared under your TIN (selectImportItems) into a reviewable list.
Link & approve
Match each customs line to one of your products and approve it (updateImportItems), converting it into a registered RRA item.
Full customs detail
HS code, declaration number and date, origin, packaging, quantities and the foreign-currency invoice value — tracked exactly as declared.
Eight screens across the import workflow
Pull what the RRA already holds on your imports
Imported items are fetched from the RRA rather than re-keyed from the declaration, which is where transcription errors come from.
Every field customs sent you
Declaration number, HS code, origin, supplier, agent, packaging, quantities and the foreign-currency invoice — as customs holds them.
Consignments across their states
Draft, approved, cancelled and failed in one list, so what still needs handling is obvious.
Sort the backlog by where each item stands
Grouping by state turns the import list into a queue of work.
Match to a product and confirm to the RRA
Approving reconciles the customs line against your own product and sends the update back.
A rejected update keeps its reason
Failures keep the RRA response, so the item can be corrected and resent.
Import updates are declared like everything else
Import reconciliation uses the same resilient queue as sales and stock — retried, logged, never silently dropped.
Device and environment govern imports too
The same device configuration drives the import endpoints, so there is no second setup.
We connect you to the RRA VSDC
Buying the app includes the setup: we help you register the device on MyRRA, point the app at your local VSDC, validate the full flow on the RRA sandbox, then switch you to production.

Frequently asked
Does it need RRA EBM Stock?
Yes — Importers builds on the Stock app. The store adds it automatically: $279 + $419 = $698 total.
What does “approve” do?
It sends updateImportItems with the linked item code and marks the customs item approved — the RRA then treats it as a registered item.
Any limits?
None. Unlimited items, one-time purchase, free updates.
