The contact form is extended with additional fields including Fax, Skype/Team ID, Date of Birth, Department, Extra Phone, Secondary Email, and Home Phone. This enhancement replaces the standard view and allows users to capture more detailed contact information, improve data organization, and perform advanced search and filtering across CRM, Sales, HR, and other modules.
