Capture and manage detailed measurement records for each customer with category-wise classification such as shirt, pant, or others. Users can enter specific measurement values like chest, length, and sleeves along with date and gender information. This screen allows users to manage detailed measurement records for customers. It includes essential information such as customer name, measurement date, gender, and category (e.g., Shirt). Users can add multiple measurement lines like chest, length, and sleeve, making it easy to maintain accurate and reusable measurement data for tailor orders.

Tailor Order Creation

This screen allows users to create and manage tailor orders by selecting the customer, product, and linked measurement record. It automatically fetches measurement details (like chest, length, sleeve) into the order, ensuring accurate customization. Users can also manage designs and BoM details, making it a complete flow from order creation to production.

BoM Details in Tailor Order

Path:- Tailor Management → Orders → Tailor Orders → BoM Details Tab

This section displays the Bill of Materials (BoM) for the selected product within a tailor order. It provides a detailed breakdown of all required components such as buttons, collar parts, and fabric, along with their quantities, unit prices, and total cost. The system also calculates the total BoM cost, helping users understand the overall production cost directly from the order.

Create Sale Order

Path:- Tailor Management → Orders → Tailor Orders → Create Sale Order Button

This button allows users to quickly generate a Sales Order directly from the tailor order. It automatically transfers key details such as customer, product, quantity, and pricing, ensuring a seamless flow from tailoring operations to the sales process without manual re-entry.

Order Workflow & Smart Buttons

Path :-  Tailor Management → Orders → Tailor Orders → Create Sale Order

With a single click on “Create Sale Order,” the system automatically generates and confirms the sales order. Once confirmed, the tailor order seamlessly moves to the “In Production” stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from order placement to manufacturing without any manual steps.

Manufacturing Order Integration with Tailor Orders

Path :- Tailor Management → Orders → Tailor Orders → Manufacturing Orders

Each tailor order is seamlessly linked with its corresponding manufacturing order, allowing users to directly track production progress. The system displays the Tailor Order Reference within the manufacturing order, ensuring complete traceability between order and production. With options like “Produce All” and real-time component tracking, users can efficiently manage and execute the production process from start to completion.

Delivery Tracking & Order Readiness Status

The system provides real-time visibility of delivery operations directly within the tailor order through smart buttons. Users can easily track delivery status, and once the delivery process is completed, the order is automatically moved to the “Ready” stage. This ensures clear tracking of order fulfillment and helps streamline the transition from production to delivery readiness.

Delivery Validation & Order Completion

Path :- Tailor Management → Orders → Tailor Orders → Deliveries

The system allows users to validate delivery orders directly through the “Validate” button, ensuring that products are successfully delivered to the customer. Once the delivery is confirmed, the process is completed efficiently, enabling accurate tracking of dispatched items and ensuring the tailor order progresses smoothly toward final delivery status.

Tailor Order – Delivered Stage & Print Option

This screen shows the Tailor Order in the Delivered stage, indicating that the order process is fully completed.

  • The status is “Delivered”, meaning the product has been successfully delivered to the customer.
  • The Print button is available to print the order details.
  • Basic order information like Customer, Product, Quantity, and Measurement is displayed.

👉 This represents the final stage of the order lifecycle.

Tailor Order Report

This report provides a complete overview of the tailor order, including customer details, order information, measurements, and product details. It displays measurement values such as chest, length, and sleeve, along with product components, pricing, and total cost summary. This report is used to view or print all important information related to the tailoring order in one place.

User Guide

Bill of Materials Configuration

Path :- Manufacturing → Products → Bills of Materials

Configure and manage Bills of Materials (BoM) to define the required components for each product. This feature allows users to specify materials such as fabric, buttons, and accessories along with their quantities, enabling accurate material planning and cost estimation. It supports both manufacturing and kit-type BoMs, ensuring flexibility in production workflows and seamless integration with tailor order processing.

Product Route Configuration (MTO & Manufacturing)

Path :- Inventory → Products → Products → Select Product → Inventory Tab → Routes

Configure product routes to define how items are procured and manufactured. By enabling options like Make to Order (MTO) and Manufacture, the system ensures that products are produced or replenished based on demand. This setup helps automate procurement, trigger manufacturing orders, and maintain optimal stock levels, making it ideal for custom-made tailoring workflows where products are created only when orders are confirmed.

May I install the app on my Odoo Online (SaaS) database?

No, third-party apps can not be used on Odoo Online. Unfortunately, Odoo SaaS blocks such a possibility.
