01 Navigate to Contacts → Sales & Purchase and configure the Shipping Rate Discount and Sale Order Discount percentages for the customer. These discounts are automatically applied when creating sales orders and calculating shipping charges for the selected customer.
02 When a customer with a configured Sale Order Discount is selected the discount percentage is automatically applied to the order lines.
03 Navigate to Configuration → Delivery Methods and configure the Margin on Rate for the delivery method. The configured margin percentage is automatically added to the carrier's shipping cost.
04 Click Add Shipping to calculate the delivery cost. The system adds the configured Delivery Margin, Insurance Fee, Fuel Surcharge, and Remote Area Surcharge to the shipping cost, then applies the customer's Shipping Rate Discount.
05 The final delivery charge displayed on the quotation or sales order is automatically calculated based on the configured shipping fees, delivery margin, and customer shipping discount
06 The Register Payment button is displayed on confirmed Sales Orders, enabling users to register customer payments directly from the order.
07 Click the Register Payment button to record a payment directly from the Sales Order.
08 The dashboard displays Today Sales, Weekly Sales, Monthly Sales, Pending Orders, Pending Deliveries, and Overdue Quotations. This gives users a quick overview of sales performance and order status from a single screen.
09 Users can view all pending sales orders making it easier to track open orders, review customer details, monitor order amounts, and follow up on pending sales activities.
10 Additional sales order filters are available to help users quickly analyze and manage orders. Filter records by Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, and Unshipped Sale Orders to easily track sales performance and identify orders that still require delivery processing.
