This application integrates the Material Purchase Requisition process with the Job Cost Sheet, allowing project managers and users to connect requisition lines directly with the relevant Job Cost Center and Job Cost Line.

Project managers can prepare Job Cost Sheets for projects, contracts, job orders, and work orders, and organize planned costs under Material, Labour, and Overhead cost lines. Users can then create Material Purchase Requisitions and select the corresponding Job Cost Center and Job Cost Line directly on each requisition line.

When a Job Cost Line is linked with a Material Purchase Requisition Line, the system automatically updates the Actual Requisition Quantity on the corresponding Job Cost Sheet line. This provides clear visibility of planned quantities and actual requested quantities for Material, Labour, and Overhead cost components.

The integration also provides quick access to linked requisitions through the Requisitions Smart Button on the Job Cost Sheet. Requisition lines can be managed according to their configured action, including Purchase Order and Internal Picking, supporting an integrated cost planning and requisition workflow.
