- New Application redirects directly to the Application-type lead form.

- Tiles are categorized based on Immigration Purpose, each displaying a live count of applications.
- Clicking any tile automatically opens either the tree view or form view depending on record availability.
Coaching Application Tiles
- Visible only to users with the Application Manager role.
