Material Requisition Line Visibility on Job Orders
This app Task Purchase Requisition Integration enhances the purchase requisition workflow by integrating Purchase Requisition Lines directly with Job Orders (Tasks). Instead of displaying requisition records, the Job Order shows individual Purchase Requisition product lines, providing better visibility of requested materials and quantities. When creating a Purchase Requisition from the Job Order smart button, the system automatically populates the related Project, Job Order (Task), and Employee information, reducing manual data entry and ensuring accurate record linkage. The module also adds a Requisition ID reference field on Material Requisition Lines for improved traceability between material requests and purchase requisitions.
