Email CC AND BCC
Add email Cc and Bcc while composing mail even if you are not having partners in the system by using our Email Cc and Bcc app.You Can also select the followers which you want to get notified when sending message from chatter.

Users can add Email Cc and Bcc partners while composing emails.

Users can add a default Reply to that can be used while composing mails.

Users can add mails in cc and bcc even if there is not a partner of it.

Add Default cc,Bcc and reply-to and also check the fields you want to show in the mail composer
Check the checkbox to which you want to send message in chatter.
Add Email Cc or Bcc partner or only comma(",") seperated email in cc or bcc if not having partners for them.
Show CC & BCC info in thread message.

Please find the reply for your query, Actually the Email CC and BCC module specifically made and worked for the "Send message" option on Odoo chatter. Also email functionality of chatter works on the model 'mail.compose.message'.
So the reason behind this CC and BCC fields are visible in Sale order and not in Invoicing is because in Odoo the email functionality. It basically sends Sale quotation works on the same model 'mail.compose.message' whereas the email functionality to send Invoicing works on the model 'account.invoice.send' . Referring to it, if you will use the Odoo chatter option to send the email then CC and BCC fields are also visible on Invoices.
