POS Per Item and Order Note
Every customer is unique and wants things their own way. Using this app, a POS user can provide customized service to their customers by attaching requirement notes to each individual item as well as the total order.

Go to the Point of Sale module of your Odoo system.

Now, select the shop to which you wish to implement our POS Per Item & Order Note app functionality.

Once chosen, click on the hamburger menu button (three vertical dots) located on the top right corner and select the Settings option.

In the Settings window, locate the configuration settings for our POS Per Item & Order Note app.

Under the POS Per Item & Order Note app setting row, you get three options: Allow to add notes to order items in POS, Allow to add notes to order in POS, and lastly, Allow added notes to be printed on receipt.

On a fresh installation, the three configuration options for our app come pre-checked by default. You can check and uncheck them as per your need.

The “Allow to add notes to order items in POS” option allows the POS user to add customized notes to each individual item in an order. Once enabled, it looks like this in the POS session:

The “Allow to add notes to order in POS” option allows the POS user to add customized notes to the total order. Once enabled, it looks like this in the POS session:

The “Allow added notes to be printed on receipt” option allows the POS user to print the customized notes added on both individual items and total order to be displayed on the receipt. Once enabled, it looks like this in the POS session:

The POS user also gets to maintain the records of customized notes added on each individual order line and total order.

To view the notes added on individual items, go to the Point of Sale module and click on Orders.

Now, choose a particular order and under the menu named Product in the Order form, you can see the notes added to each individual item under the column named Notes.

To view the notes added on an entire order, go to the Point of Sale module and click on Orders. After choosing a particular order, you can see the note added on the total order under the menu named Notes in the Order form

Go to the Point of Sale module of your Odoo system.
