The Application is a very good one. And the team have been highly supportive. The Emipro connector has brought in value to our business. Although there are some fine tuning required but they are up to the tasks.
Great app - works as expected - good support
Overall the app is great and reliable, and does everything I need. My only complaint is that the documentation could be better. The support team are also great.

This Woo commerce module is the best one out there. Not only has is been easy to use and set up but the Support from Emipro is far above what was expected. They are quick to respond to questions. The module itself is a breeze to use and has cut the time it takes for me to process orders down to minutes. I definitely recommend this module to anyone that uses Woocommerce.
Works as expected
After the setup and going through the manual and videos we were able to set up the connector to our satisfaction. During the setup, we needed some help on certain sections, but the support staff of Emipro was quick enough to respond and resolve any issues we had.

Very Good Module.
The Woocommerce connector from Emipro module was very easy to configure and use.
There are many configuration settings and the order imports very well and integrates with the Accounting module.
Data flows very well and reliably

My company bought this app on 28/10/2020 for $469, we installed it our selves with no support needed, It is clunky but got the job done, we have since found variations don't export or import giving this error
Now they want $350 to even open a support ticket, this is an absolute joke considering they want you to buy a new version every year if you upgrade to odoo 15
Come Odoo15 ill be going with Ksolves woocoomece app too see if their support is any better

The product synchronization feature along with variants works perfectly well in our connector. You can export variants from Odoo to WooCommerce or WooCommerce to Odoo. We can demonstrate this in a standard environment and a lot of our customers are using the feature without a problem.
As you mentioned, you purchased the connector in October 2020 and along with your purchase you get 60 days of support as per Odoo's Sales Conditions. We have our own support policy which provides an additional 30 days of support making it a total of 90 days free support period. Any customer who faces any kind of issue can report it to us during this 90-day timeframe which is more than enough time to come across and report any issues.
If the reported issue is found to be a bug in our app, we provide free support to fix the bug. If the reported issue is not a bug but some configuration problem at your end, we can choose to either provide paid or free assistance. After the completion of 90 days support period, if you still want our help with the connector, we request you to purchase our paid support services.
Considering the above, our support team informed you that your 90 days free support period is over several months ago and if you want us to help you find the cause of the issue and resolve it, we can offer you our paid support services. This is a reasonable offer and you can choose whether or not to accept it.

Perfect synchronization between Odoo and Woocommerce. Highly recommended module
With my team we never stop surprising ourselves while we use Odoo Woocommerce Connector, orders are sent automatically, products are perfectly synchronized, we no longer have inventory problems since information is being sent in real time bi-directionally. The best of all? The support is very concerned and detailed. They reply to me in less than 1 hour, 10/10 for the support team.

App Works perfectly in odoo 14!!
I had some problems on the beginning when i tried to install the module. I contacted the team support and they helped me by email and then by Voice Call in Skype too.
My problem was that when i tried to connect the module with my website all the time i got an error without any explanation. When the team began to check my Woocommerce website they found that I have a plugin call WP-Spamshield who blocked all communication between odoo and woocommerce. They add in the Whitelist of the plugin, my odoo ip servers and it Works.
So an advice, if you have a problem like me to make the communication between odoo and your website, don't hesitate to check if you have a firewall plugins install all the settings and as well don't hesitate to check the settings of your XMLRPC file. That can be the cause of your problem.

After a long time I manage to download the two apps but the Common connector library is not installing. I am not quite happy at all with the response i get from Emipro after the purchase.

HORRIBLE service
Watch out BEFORE you buy
If you are a newbee like me, and think this module will work on the online versions of Odoo, DO NOT BUY! It will not work!
This might seem obvious for anyone that knows how this system works, but If you are like me, a noob, this is a very costly mistake - and your money will be gone for good!
Our case:
We tried to get refund but Emipro but they blew me off very cold and said: NO REFUNDS. They even send me screenshot from a small piece somewhere in the Q&A section (yes, that is where you should tell this, not in the required apps section or so, that would be to logical) where it said it would not work with Odoo online. (if only I knew what Odoo online ment - because that is not what my subscription is called). So they bully you and say: "Boohoo. We know you cant do anything with our plugin, but we have your money and wont give it back EVER"
But that is not all. Odoo is very unclear about what is free and what is paid. For example. If you choose for Odoo.sh you might need to pay extra €16/month PER 100 lines of code in your database. They told me I would not have to pay by email, but it is written on your contract! This module from Emipro is 11000 lines of code totaling about €1700/month if they claim you need to pay. We have no reference so I can't even say if it is true or not.
There is a very strict NO REFUND POLICY. From Odoo to every seller on this platform. So I like to give this fair warning: If you think you could link your woocommerce website to Odoo for just 399 euro and a 20 euro/month subscription... You ARE dreaming.
PS. Even the people calling you from Odoo stated that they have a lot of customers like us that buy a module they can't install. They admitted this and also said they are not going to give more information on their webpage about this. (because this gives more sales of more expensive subscriptions). I HATE THIS BUSINESS MODEL. How can I ever be a satisfied customer now?
Why the images are not syncing?
I have enabled images options in the instance settings but the images are not syncing.
I have checked in the logs, the image URL is there in the product metadata. But images are not set/appearing on the product page.
Can you please give me a hint on how to fix it?

But we had a problem with the automatic import of orders (Shedulers) to Odoo (Odoo.sh => Prod branch).
NB. The import of the orders goes well manually by clicking on the button "Exécuter manuellement" but it is not the case automatically (we put every minute)!

Multi User Settings
Hi Emipro,
I want to confirm one thing in your module i.e. multi user functionality because we've a team of 5-10 person and all of them want to use woo-commerce connector but with respect to their settings. Let me give you can example: Like there are two users U1 and U2. Both of them are using woo-commerce but one is working on managing the products and other managing the salesorders so they will configure connector with respect to their settings. Is there any possibility in your app or you guys are already providing this feature. Can you please let me know about this feature as soon as possible.

App does not work in Odoo 14 or multiple companies!!!!!
The App does not work properly with Odoo 14, nor with multiple companies.
Orders are either not imported or assigned to the false company.
The App does not comply with EU GDPR rules, so it is legally forbidden to use it and process customer data in EU countries.
The support team was initially helpful, but they refused to manage this problems.... So we bought this app and not able to use it even after several months....

Price list problems

I bought the app, but I have had a lot of problems with the price list
When you install the app and it syncs the 78 product codes from woo to odoo
All these products present problems of listing prices in pos and in woo.
I change the prices in the product card, but the changes are not reflected in pos and in woo.
I have submitted 3 tickets, but none have solved it for me.
I have sent several examples, but I have no answer.
The application is generating more problems for me than solutions.
I think it is best if I get my money back if this is not resolved this week.

How to import product with different languages
Hi,
We bought this module and are still testing it.
In our Woocommerce shop we're using the WPML plugin to make the shop multi lingual (US and NL).
On the products one of these languages is set.
We've noticed that the module is only importing the products with the language set to US. We've tested with the language setting on the woocommerce instance created in Odoo but to no reveal.
How can we manage the imports/updates of products from Woocommerce to Odoo, regardless the languege set on the products?
