If you purchase our app for Odoo Version 12 and prior, we will provide you access to all the versions up to 12 depending on their availability. Starting version 13, every version of the app will be sold separately.
We offer free support for a duration of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that our Odoo WooCommerce Connector requires the XML-RPC to be enabled on your WooCommerce store in order to perform the export/update products images operation from Odoo to WooCommerce.
In a standard WooCommerce environment, the XML-RPC is enabled by default. So, if you have manually disabled it, we advise you to enable it again.
If your XML-RPC is enabled and you still get the error, it is because of some restriction set on your WooCommerce server that restricts the export/update operation. This is not an issue with our connector but with your WooCommerce server and must be resolved by your WooCommerce Developers.

I have a question concerning the Customer import. We are currently setting up a new odoo instance which was already working with a different wooCommernce connection we are not shure if we first can import the customers to odoo and then start the import with your connection. Are you taking care so that there are not duplicate customers created?

Question about rounding
How does this plugin handle rounding in Odoo?
For example: 1 product costs 37€ (incl. 21% vat)
When someone orders this product 3 times in woocommerce they are paying 3 x 37€ = 111€ incl. vat
In Odoo this would be 111,01€?

Don't buy it.
Not only it didnt update the stock and the pricing correctly, it messed up the pricing of the Odoo POS.
I had to do it manually and additionally fix the mess in Odoo.
No customer support either. I've sent emails with no respond.
Avoid it at all costs.

I'm trying to install the WooCommerce app. After finding out there is a dependency with common_conntector_library I now run into another dependency. The common connector library seems to depend on stock_delivery. So my questions are..
All the Odoo apps required are installed (Sales, Accounting/Invoicing, Inventory and Discuss)
