Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

This app - Odoo WooCommerce Connector v13 supports all versions of WooCommerce above 3.5.

The Odoo WooCommerce Connector lets connect as many WooCommerce stores as you want with a single Odoo Instance.

Yes, you can export Products from Odoo to WooCommerce as well as import Products from WooCommerce to Odoo. If the products are already present on Odoo as well as WooCommerce, you can establish a synchronization between them using the connector

The connector synchronizes products by matching the Internal Reference field in Odoo with the SKU field in WooCommerce. It is mandatory to have a unique SKU or Internal Reference for a product.

The connector allows you to update price from Odoo to WooCommerce via a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist per WooCommerce instance in Odoo and update the price to WooCommerce via the pricelist. You also import the prices from WooCommerce to Odoo, however, the prices will get imported to the pricelist and not directly to the product.

The connector allows you to update stock from Odoo to WooCommerce either manually or automatically via a cron job. Stock levels get automatically adjusted in Odoo based on the imported orders. You can also import stock levels from WooCommerce to Odoo. The imported stock values will create an inventory adjustment entry in Odoo which upon validating will affect the actual stock levels. In the connector settings, you can choose one warehouse per WooCommerce Instance from which the stock is to be managed.

Our Connector only import products which are Simple, Variable and Virtual Products.

Our Connector only export products which are Storable and Service. We do not export Consumeable Products.

Any order on WooCommerce can be imported to Odoo if the connector has been configured correctly. Orders in WooCommerce have different order statuses such as ‘Processing’, ‘On hold’, ‘Completed’ & ‘Pending Payment’. In the connector, you can choose one or more order statuses and import orders only of your chosen statuses.

Yes. Webhook operations in WooCommerce apply to domain name only (for eg., www.example.com). It will not work with any other format of URLs like www.example.com:1234 or 192.168.1.1:1234.

Please note that our Odoo WooCommerce Connector requires the XML-RPC to be enabled on your WooCommerce store in order to perform the export/update products images operation from Odoo to WooCommerce.


In a standard WooCommerce environment, the XML-RPC is enabled by default. So, if you have manually disabled it, we advise you to enable it again.


If your XML-RPC is enabled and you still get the error, it is because of some restriction set on your WooCommerce server that restricts the export/update operation. This is not an issue with our connector but with your WooCommerce server and must be resolved by your WooCommerce Developers.


However, based on our experience, we advise you to read this technical note (Link: https://bit.ly/owc-xmlrpc-tn) that can help you rectify the issue.

No. Your Sales Order data once fetched - cannot be modified in your Odoo via Webhooks. It only gets processed based on its status (Completed, Refunded, Cancelled, etc.) at WooCommerce Store in Odoo.

There are many configuration settings and the order imports very well and integrates with the Accounting module.

My company bought this app on 28/10/2020 for $469, we installed it our selves with no support needed, It is clunky but got the job done, we have since found variations don't export or import giving this error

Now they want $350 to even open a support ticket, this is an absolute joke considering they want you to buy a new version every year if you upgrade to odoo 15

Come Odoo15 ill be going with Ksolves woocoomece app too see if their support is any better

The product synchronization feature along with variants works perfectly well in our connector. You can export variants from Odoo to WooCommerce or WooCommerce to Odoo. We can demonstrate this in a standard environment and a lot of our customers are using the feature without a problem.

As you mentioned, you purchased the connector in October 2020 and along with your purchase you get 60 days of support as per Odoo's Sales Conditions. We have our own support policy which provides an additional 30 days of support making it a total of 90 days free support period. Any customer who faces any kind of issue can report it to us during this 90-day timeframe which is more than enough time to come across and report any issues.

If the reported issue is found to be a bug in our app, we provide free support to fix the bug. If the reported issue is not a bug but some configuration problem at your end, we can choose to either provide paid or free assistance. After the completion of 90 days support period, if you still want our help with the connector, we request you to purchase our paid support services.

Considering the above, our support team informed you that your 90 days free support period is over several months ago and if you want us to help you find the cause of the issue and resolve it, we can offer you our paid support services. I had some problems on the beginning when i tried to install the module. I contacted the team support and they helped me by email and then by Voice Call in Skype too.

My problem was that when i tried to connect the module with my website all the time i got an error without any explanation. When the team began to check my Woocommerce website they found that I have a plugin call WP-Spamshield who blocked all communication between odoo and woocommerce. They add in the Whitelist of the plugin, my odoo ip servers and it Works.

So an advice, if you have a problem like me to make the communication between odoo and your website, don't hesitate to check if you have a firewall plugins install all the settings and as well don't hesitate to check the settings of your XMLRPC file. That can be the cause of your problem.

My company recently bought this plugin and we installed and configured it correctly.

But we had a problem with the automatic import of orders (Shedulers) to Odoo (Odoo.sh => Prod branch).

NB. The import of the orders goes well manually by clicking on the button "Exécuter manuellement" but it is not the case automatically (we put every minute)!

I want to confirm one thing in your module i.e. multi user functionality because we've a team of 5-10 person and all of them want to use woo-commerce connector but with respect to their settings. Let me give you can example: Like there are two users U1 and U2. Both of them are using woo-commerce but one is working on managing the products and other managing the salesorders so they will configure connector with respect to their settings. Is there any possibility in your app or you guys are already providing this feature. Can you please let me know about this feature as soon as possible.

The App does not work properly with Odoo 14, nor with multiple companies.
Orders are either not imported or assigned to the false company.

The App does not comply with EU GDPR rules, so it is legally forbidden to use it and process customer data in EU countries.

The support team was initially helpful, but they refused to manage this problems.... So we bought this app and not able to use it even after several months....

i cant export stock, it is throwing up error and Emipro just choose to keep mum without responding. Is that the way they operate?

Now the connector is useless and i cant really work with it becuase i have to be putting product stock manually in booth woocommerce and Odoo which is crazy for me.
Now you expect me to pay $350 for what is suppose to be working as expected but failed to work?

I bought the app, but I have had a lot of problems with the price list

When you install the app and it syncs the 78 product codes from woo to odoo

All these products present problems of listing prices in pos and in woo.

I change the prices in the product card, but the changes are not reflected in pos and in woo.

I have submitted 3 tickets, but none have solved it for me.

I have sent several examples, but I have no answer.

The application is generating more problems for me than solutions.

I think it is best if I get my money back if this is not resolved this week.

How to import product with different languages

Hi,

We bought this module and are still testing it.

In our Woocommerce shop we're using the WPML plugin to make the shop multi lingual (US and NL).

On the products one of these languages is set.

We've noticed that the module is only importing the products with the language set to US. We've tested with the language setting on the woocommerce instance created in Odoo but to no reveal.

How can we manage the imports/updates of products from Woocommerce to Odoo, regardless the languege set on the products?

Dear, we see serious problems with the addon. Unfortunately it does not serve us.


Problems found:

1. Products: it does not natively sync price lists in both directions, it does not sync dimensions, and neither does the brand.


2. In sales only synchronize certain statuses and it is not possible to add new statuses to synchronize. This is very relevant to us.


Given the above, we need a refund of the product or a solution.

so i need to know if this app can support this kind of plugins and retrieve orders from woocommerce with vendor name and sync it with vendors on odoo ..etc

Indeed we want to practice different rates according to the role of the customer on our Woocommerce site
