1. Global Project Configuration.

Easily streamline your workflow by setting a default project for quick tasks.
- Navigate to CRM Configuration
- Locate the Quick Task Default Project option
- Assign a default project that will automatically apply when creating tasks from leads
This ensures consistency and saves time during task creation.

2. Lead Management & Quick Task Creation.

Within the Lead form, managing tasks is simple and efficient:
- Go to the Tasks tab inside a lead
- Click on the Quick Task button to instantly create a task
- View all associated tasks directly under this section
This provides a centralized view of all activities linked to a lead.

3. Task Creation from Lead.

When creating a task from a lead, the system automatically includes:
- Task Name
- Default Project (based on configuration)
- Assigned Users
- Tags
- Customer Name
If it's not selected in the lead, it will not appear in the task.

4. Sales Team-Based Default Project.

Enhance flexibility with Sales Team-specific project configuration:
- Configure a default project (e.g., Office Design) for a specific Sales Team
- This overrides the global default project (e.g., Renovations)

5. Task Creation with Sales Team Configuration.

When a lead is assigned to a Sales Team:
- The Sales Team's default project is automatically applied
- Even if a global default exists, team-specific settings take priority

6. Lead Tasks Overview.

Stay organized with full visibility of tasks:
- All tasks linked to a lead are displayed in the Tasks tab

Yes, All tasks related to leads will be displayed in the Task tab.

Are CRM tags transferred to tasks?

Yes, all tags are automatically mapped to project task tags, including dynamic creation if needed.

What happens if no project is configured?

The module safely falls back to an available project or shows a proper warning.
