After activating the module, navigate to the chatter section of any model. Simply click on any attached file, and it will open instantly in a preview mode without requiring a download.As shown in the attached image, even document files (e.g., DOC format) can be viewed directly within the system, providing a smooth and efficient user experience.
ODS File Preview in Chatter
View ODS (OpenDocument Spreadsheet) files directly from the chatter by clicking on the attachment. The file opens instantly in preview mode, enabling quick access to spreadsheet data without downloading.
PPT File Preview Example
PowerPoint (PPT) files can be seamlessly previewed within the chatter. As illustrated in the attached example, presentations are rendered clearly for easy review inside the system.
XLSX File Preview in Chatter
