1. User Configuration.
Navigate to Setting -> User and Companies
After installing a module, you will be able to access the Inventory Stock Report option.
2. Stock Card Report.
inventory -> reporting -> stock card report
Once you give a group to the user, you will be able to see this Stock Card
Report model.
3. Stock Card Report - Product PDF.
As you can see that we have set a start date and end date to control the reporting period, selected Group By: Product, and chosen two specific products for analysis. The output format is set to PDF, and both the warehouse and stock location are specified to ensure the report reflects movements only from the selected inventory scope. After configuring these options, the user can generate a precise stock card report PDF by clicking the Print button.
4. Stock Card Report - Product Report PDF.
As you can see the Stock Card Report (PDF) is generated based on the previously selected filters. The report header displays the company information and logo, followed by the report title. It clearly summarizes the selected warehouse, location, start date, end date, and the user who generated the report. The report is grouped by product, and each selected product appears in a separate section. For every product, the table lists transaction dates, document origins, incoming quantities, outgoing quantities, and the running stock balance. A total row at the end of each product section provides a quick summary of total stock in and out for that product within the selected period. This layout ensures clear visibility of stock movements and accurate tracking of inventory balances.
