Outgoing Mail Configure by Companies
After installing the module, navigate to Settings > General Settings In the configuration section, users can select either SMTP by Company or SMTP by User for outgoing mail server management. To ensure proper email routing and avoid configuration conflicts, only one option can be enabled at a time. In this example, the SMTP by Company option has been selected.
SMTP Configuration Validation
If both SMTP by Company and SMTP by User are selected simultaneously, the system will automatically validate the configuration and display a warning message. This ensures that users can enable only one option at a time, preventing conflicts and maintaining accurate outgoing mail server routing.
Multiple Outgoing Mail Server Configuration
Here, you can see that two different outgoing mail accounts have been configured, allowing the system to route emails through separate mail servers based on the selected company or user configuration.
