Portal Quotation Customize
This Portal Quotation Customize module enhances the functionality of the quotation process by providing portal users with the ability to directly edit quantities and delete order lines within a quotation. By granting these permissions, the module allows for more dynamic interaction with quotations, giving customers or sales team members the flexibility to modify their requests before finalizing an order. Any changes made through the portal are immediately reflected in the backend sale order, ensuring synchronization and accuracy between the customer-facing interface and the internal sales processes.

1. Options for Updating Quantities & Deleting Product Lines.
After installing the module, you will be able to see options for updating quantities and deleting product lines.
2. Quantity Updated from Portal.
Here, you can see that we've updated the quantity of the office chair from 2 to 4, and both the amount and total have been adjusted accordingly.
3. Deleting a Product line.
Once you click the delete icon, the system will prompt you with a confirmation message before removing the product from the quotation.
4. Product Line Deleted Successfully.
Here, you can see that the product has been removed from the portal.
5. Product Updated in Backend.
Here, you can see that in the backend, the product is updated whenever you change the quantity or delete the product.

Users can edit product quantities on quotation lines, allowing them to adjust the number of items in their order. They can also delete entire order lines from the quotation if they no longer wish to purchase specific products or services.
Any user can edit quotation product quantities and delete lines.
Any changes made to the quotation, such as editing quantities or deleting lines, are automatically synchronized with the backend sale order in real time. This ensures consistency information in the system, eliminating the need for manual updates.
While the module primarily focuses on modifying quantities and deleting lines, pricing and discounts are typically governed by pre-set rules and business logic in the system. If the system is configured to allow it, prices may adjust automatically based on the quantity changes or specific discounts.
