Cumulative Pricelist by Product Template
The Cumulative Pricelist by Product Template module extends Odooâs standard pricing functionality by
enabling cumulative quantity-based discounts across all variants of a product template.
With this feature, discount tiers are no longer limited to individual variants - instead, the system
aggregates the total ordered quantity of all variants under the same product template to determine
the applicable price tier. This ensures consistent and fair pricing for products offered in multiple
variants, such as different sizes, colors, or materials.
By implementing cumulative quantity tracking, businesses can provide more attractive bulk pricing incentives, streamline their sales process, and enhance customer satisfaction through transparent and predictable discount structures.

1. PriceList Configure.
The Glass Door product has been configured with a fixed price of 50 for a minimum quantity of 50 units in the Benelux Pricelist.
2. Cumulative Configuration.
Go to the Cumulative by Template tab in the Pricelist and enable the Cumulative by Product Template field to apply cumulative discounts.
3. Price before 50 min. Quantity.
As you can see, the price is displayed as 100 for quantities below 50 units.
4. Price after 50 min. Quantity.
Before the cumulative quantity reaches 50 units, the price is 100. Once product quantity or the combined quantity of all product variants reaches 50 or more, the price automatically updates to 50, as defined in the pricelist.
5. Web Price before 50 min. Quantity.
As you can see, the price is calculated based on the 100 price for below 50 quantities.
6. Web Price after 50 min. Quantity.
Before the cumulative quantity reaches 50 units, the price is 100. Once product quantity or the combined quantity of all product variants reaches 50 or more, the price automatically calculate base on 50 price, as defined in the pricelist.

This module enables quantity discount tiers to be applied cumulatively across all variants of the same product template, allowing combined quantities of variants to trigger price breaks.
The system sums the quantities of all variants under the same product template. When the total quantity reaches a discount threshold defined in the pricelist, the discounted unit price is applied to all variants.
What happens if the combined quantity of product variants does not meet the minimum discount quantity?
If the total quantity across variants is below the discount threshold, the standard unit prices from the pricelist will apply without discount.
Yes, cumulative discounting can be enabled or disabled through the Cumulative by Product Template field in the pricelist configuration.
Yes, as quantities of variants are added or adjusted, the unit prices will automatically update to reflect any applicable cumulative discounts.
Taxes are calculated on the discounted prices after the cumulative pricing has been applied to the unit price.
