operations.
To support reliable inventory management, the connector synchronizes inventory snapshots
from ShipBob without modifying native Odoo stock quantities. Businesses can monitor
inventory availability across fulfillment centers while maintaining complete visibility
within Odoo. The solution also includes delivery carrier mapping, channel management,
and

ShipBob Api Token
After installing the ShipBob module, navigate to Configuration -> API Settings. On this page, you can configure your API credentials by entering your API Token (PAT), selecting the appropriate Environment (such as Sandbox), and setting your API Version. Once these details are provided, click the Fetch Channels button to synchronize your connection.
ShipBob Test Connection
After fetching the channels, select your desired channel from the Selected Channel field (for example, "PAT Channel"). Once the channel is selected, click the Test Connection button to verify that your integration is configured correctly.
ShipBob Import Shipping Methods
Click the Import Shipping Methods button to synchronize your shipping options. Once the methods are imported, navigate to the Settings section and select your preferred carrier from the Default Shipping Method / Carrier dropdown menu.
ShipBob Sync Fulfillment Centers
Click the Sync Fulfillment Centers button to synchronize your warehouse locations. After the sync is complete, your designated warehouse will be populated and visible in the ShipBob Dedicated Warehouse field under the Settings section.
ShipBob Sync Products
Click the Sync Products button to open the synchronization dialog. In the popup window, select your desired sync direction under Action, such as Export Products (Odoo to ShipBob). Finally, click the Confirm Sync button to initiate the product synchronization.
ShipBob Catalog Products
Navigate to the Products menu in the top navigation bar and select Catalog Products from the dropdown menu. This will open your product list, allowing you to view inventory details and monitor the synchronization status for each item.
ShipBob Register Webhooks
Click the Register Webhooks button to automatically register and configure the necessary webhooks for your ShipBob integration.
ShipBob Webhook Subscriptions
Navigate to the Webhooks menu in the top navigation bar and select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu. This opens the Webhook Subscriptions page, where you can view and manage your active webhook registrations, including their associated topics and callback URLs.
ShipBob API Logs
Navigate to the Logs menu in the top navigation bar and select API Logs from the dropdown menu. This opens the API Logs page, where you can view a detailed history of your API requests, including timestamps, methods, endpoints, and status codes for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
ShipBob Settings Configuration
Under the Settings section, you can enable specific automated features for your integration by ticking the appropriate checkboxes. Check Auto-Send Orders on Confirm to automatically push orders to ShipBob once confirmed, select Enable Inventory Sync to keep your stock levels aligned, and ensure the Active box is checked to keep the integration enabled.
Send Sales Order to ShipBob
After confirming a quotation and converting it into a Sales Order, you can manually transmit the order to your fulfillment center. Click the Send to ShipBob button located at the top of the order form to send the order details directly to ShipBob.
ShipBob Orders
Navigate to the Orders menu in the top navigation bar and select ShipBob Orders from the dropdown menu. This opens the ShipBob Orders page, where you can view your synchronized sales orders, monitor their fulfillment status, and track related shipment details.
Verifying Orders in ShipBob Dashboard
Within your ShipBob merchant dashboard, navigate to the Orders menu on the left sidebar and select All Orders. You can easily identify and verify your synchronized Odoo sales orders by looking at the Store Order ID column, which corresponds directly to your original Odoo Sales Order number (for example, S00026).
ShipBob Shipments Tracking
Navigate to the Orders menu in the top navigation bar and select Shipments & Tracking from the dropdown menu. This opens a dedicated dashboard where you can monitor the real-time status of your shipments, view carrier details, and access direct tracking links for your fulfilled orders.
