Face Recognition Attendance with GPS Tracking and Multi-Geofencing Control
Daily attendance tracking is a critical component of effective workforce management. However,
traditional methods such as manual registers, access cards, or PIN-based systems are often prone to
errors, manipulation, and inefficiencies. The TechUltra Face Recognition Attendance System with GPS
Tracking and Multi-Geofencing Control transforms attendance management with AI-powered, contactless
facial recognition seamlessly integrated into the Odoo HR suite.
Employees can mark attendance simply by facing the camera no physical contact, cards, or manual
input required. Advanced liveness detection ensures that only real, authorized users can check in or
check out, effectively eliminating proxy attendance and fraudulent practices.
To further strengthen security and operational flexibility, the system supports Multiple
Geofence Locations. Organizations can define and manage multiple attendance zones, such as different
office branches, warehouses, project sites, or remote work locations. Each geofence is configured
with its own latitude, longitude, and allowable radius (in meters).
Employees must be physically present within any authorized geofence location to successfully mark
attendance using face recognition. If an employee attempts to check in or check out from outside all
configured geofenced areas, the system automatically restricts attendance marking.
With real-time GPS validation, intelligent multi-location geofencing, instant attendance logging,

1. Face Recognition Attendance with GPS Tracking and Geofencing Control.
Go to apps and search Face Recognition Attendance with GPS Tracking and Geofencing Control and activate module.
2. Employee Configuration.
Go to Employee module.
Upload employee image and click on "Generate Face Encoding".
3. Multi Geofencing Locations Configuration.
In the Attendance Settings, you can configure the Face Attendance Location
by specifying the latitude and longitude of your company's location.
Additionally, you can define the Face Attendance Radius (in meters), which
determines the allowable distance from the company location.
Here, you can see that we have configured multiple locations for attendance.
If an employee is present at the Pinacale location and is within the defined
radius, they can successfully mark their attendance from that location.
Similarly, employees at the Live location can also mark their attendance, as
long as they are within the allowed radius of that location.
4. Face Attendance.
Go to attendance module and click on Face Attendance.
5. Face Recognition Page.
When you click on Face Attendance, you will be redirected to the Face Recognition page. To mark attendance for Check-In or Check-Out, click on Face Recognition. To verify your current location, click on Test Location.
6. Face Recognition.
When you click on Face Recognition, a small video box will appear. Look directly into the camera and wait for the process to complete.
7. Attendance Success.
Once your face is recognized, the system will display a success message confirming your Check-In or Check-Out, along with the corresponding time and location.
8. Geofencing Locations Configuration.
The Pinacale location is far away from my current location, so if an employee is at Pinacale, they can mark their attendance, but only if they are within the 2-meter radius defined.
9. Attendance Location Restriction.
The system has detected that you are currently located 5998 meters away
from the configured office location. For security and accuracy, attendance
marking (Check-in or Check-out) is restricted to within a 2-meter radius of
the designated office location.
Please ensure you are physically present at the office to mark your
attendance.
