You don’t need to buy any API separately, if you are using the Dashboard Ninja with AI then you can use the AI functionality of Dashboard Ninja.
But to use this AI functionality you will require an API Key and to get the API Key you need to insert your Email ID here and then click on "GET API KEY", you will receive the API Key on your email ID.
So just insert the API Key in the Settings and save it. Now you will be able to use the AI functionality of Dashboard Ninja.

I did what you said, clearing cache and using incognito mode. I did some debugging, and in this line

I think you are expecting to have something like (4, 'Category Name'); but in my case, I am receiving only the category id, I mean res['booth_category_d'] is 4, and not a tupple. Thats why the error.
If you can check again and still its working for you, I then definitely book for a call.

We have checked the concern that you have shared with us in our system and tried to reproduce the same but it is working as expected, no such error is generated from our end.
It seems like your assets is not loading properly, so we request you kindly clear the cache of the browser or try to use Incognito/private mode and please also enable the assets mode of your server.
The other possible reason could be that maybe you are getting this error because the "Dashboard Ninja" zip that you are using is corrupted.
So, we recommend you please again download the latest zip file of "Dashboard Ninja With AI" and upgrade with it.

Importing Dashboard in v17 from v16
Is it possible to export to Odoo17 a dashboard exported from Odoo16? Will it work out of the box or shall I consider something else?

Hello Reinaldo,
As per our understanding, you want to move or import the dashboards in Odoo version 17 from V16. But as the model structure of Odoo V16 and V17 is different so import/export features might not work in that case.
For the same, you need to create Dashboards and Dashboard items manually for version 17. JSON file of one version will not work on another Odoo version.

Yes, The Dashboard Ninja works with custom models as well, but your data related to those custom models must be stored on the Database.

I installed your app on odoo 17 Community Edition, I've received this error

We have checked the concern that you have shared with us in our system and tried to reproduce the same but it is working as expected, no such error is generated from our end.
It seems like your assets and CSS are not loading properly, so we request you kindly clear the cache of the browser or try to use Incognito/private mode and please also enable the assets mode of your server.
The other possible reason could be that maybe you are getting this error because the "Dashboard Ninja" zip that you are using is corrupted or in your .gitignore file from Github "lib/" folder name is added.
So, please ensure that the "lib/" folder must be commented or you need to remove it from your .gitignore file from GitHub we recommend you please again download the latest zip file of "Dashboard Ninja" and upgrade with it.

So we request that you please upgrade the Dashboard Ninja Advance to the latest version 16.0.2.2.0.

To use this AI functionality you will require an API Key and to get the API Key you need to insert your Email ID here and then click on "GET API KEY", you will receive the API Key on your email ID.
So just insert the API Key in the Settings and save it. Now you will be able to use the AI functionality of Dashboard Ninja.
