1. User Level Purchase Quick Add Products Access.
This allows administrators to control access to the "Purchase Quick Add Products" function on a per-user basis, ensuring that only authorized users can apply "Quick Add Products" to purchase order lines.
2. Large Desk Product Vendor Prices.
Here, you can see that we have three pricing rules from two different vendors.
"Wood Corner" offers a price of 1299 for a minimum quantity of 5.
"Azure Interior" has two pricing rules: one offers a price of 1399 for a quantity
of 1, and the second offers a price of 1200 for a minimum quantity of 5.
3. Purchase Order.
Once the "Purchase Quick Add Products" feature is enabled, the "Quick Add Products button" will become available on the Purchase Order, allowing you to add multiple products at once.
4. Quick Add Products.
Once you click on "Quick Add Products", a pop-up will appear. In this, you can add multiple products at once by clicking the "Add Multiple Products" button. If you prefer to add just one product, you can do so by clicking the "Add a Line" button.
5. Multiple Product Selection.
Once you click on the "Add Multiple Products" button, you will see a list of products. From this list, you can select multiple products, and by clicking the "Add Selected" button, the selected products will be added to the line.
6. Quick Add Products on Purchase Order Line.
Here, you can see that we have added multiple products. The vendor selected is "Azure Interior", and for the "Large Desk" product, the price rule for a quantity of 1 has been applied.
7. Increased Product Quantity.
Here, you can see that we have increased the quantity of the "Large Desk" product to 5. As a result, the pricing rule for a minimum quantity of 5 has now been applied to the "Large Desk" product.
8. Added Products on Purchase Order Line.
Once you click on "Add Products" in the pop-up, all selected products will be added to the purchase order lines with the correct quantities and prices.
