Capture the vehicle, price the wash automatically
Pick the vehicle type on the Vehicle & Wash tab and every service line re-prices to the matching tier — a saloon body wash and an SUV body wash charge differently with no cashier maths. Registration, make, model, colour and free-form service notes ride on the order and print on the job card.
One product, a price for every vehicle size
Flag any product as a wash service and it becomes a saleable service line with its own tier prices — saloon, SUV, truck, motorcycle, carpet and other. Tick what each wash includes (exterior, interior, vacuum, wax, tyre shine, glass, engine, underbody and more) so the job card reads back exactly what was done.
A numbered daily queue for the whole day
Every new wash gets an automatic queue number for the day, so cars are served in order and nothing is lost. Today's Queue is a single board of the day's work — open it, see who is waiting, and pull the next car.
A bay per car, no double-booking
Add the order to the queue, assign an available bay and hit Start Wash. The system refuses a bay that is not free and flips it to busy the moment work begins, with queued and started timestamps recorded on the order.

One row of buttons drives the whole job through to a posted invoice. Completing the wash releases the bay automatically; a 5-minute cron re-syncs any bay left busy by a browser close or a cancelled order, so the board always tells the truth. Verified live end to end.
A live bay board with today's takings
Manual, automatic, self-service or tunnel — every bay is a card showing whether it is available, busy, in maintenance or closed, with today's order count and revenue at a glance. Managers set a bay to maintenance or closed and the auto-sync never overrides that.
Pay attendants right at end of day
Assign one or more attendants to each wash and the Attendant Commissions report, pre-grouped by attendant, shows every order they worked and the commission owed. One attendant earns the full company percentage; several split it equally — the total at the bottom is the day's cash-out.
Filter, pivot and graph every wash
All wash orders in one place with in-queue, washing and completed filters, plus list, pivot, graph and calendar views for revenue by day, vehicle type or attendant. Price-lock stops cashiers editing wash-line prices, a no-delete guard protects orders and invoices from tampering, and every job prints on an 80mm thermal or A4 job card.
Live in an afternoon
Car Wash → Configuration → Wash Bays: add each bay and its type. Then add wash services as products and set the price for each vehicle size and set the commission percentage in Settings. Demo bays, services and orders ship with the app so you can try everything immediately.
Open a new wash order, pick the customer and vehicle, add the service, run it through the queue and invoice it — standard Sales and Accounting the whole way, so your books stay clean and every wash is auditable.
