Restrict chatter Edit and Delete
This module is designed adds an additional layer of control over log notes (mail.message) by restricting user permissions to edit or delete these records once they have been created. Typically, log notes are used for tracking communication, actions, or status updates within the system, and this module ensures that the data remains accurate and tamper-proof after its creation.

1. Edit & Delete option in Chatter.
As you can see that each user can edit and delete the message.
2. Give User Restrict to Edit and Delete Log Message.
setting -> user
Select a User and scroll down you can see this option after you have active a chatter_restrict_edit_delete module.
3. Without Edit & Delete option in Chatter.
When a user is restricted, they will no longer have access to the 'Edit' or 'Delete' options in the chatter.
